However, under the working conditions of high temperature and humidity in the cooling tower, the phenomenon of aging deformation will occur after about 3 years of work, affecting the cooling efficiency. And the winter icing will also have a greater impact on the plastic tower packing, icing causes increasing load, the ice will pull the small block of packing from the grid, resulting in a large number of fragments. Then block the filter or condenser, affecting the economic operation of the unit. It’s necessary to replace timely.
